Weber Genesis Barbeque are by far the leaders in the realm of grills. These are mighty machines meant for serious grilling but can be used by all levels of grillers with no hassles. There are three models of the Weber Genesis Barbeque and each has different features and caters to different styles of cooking.
Genesis E-310: This beautiful Weber Genesis Barbeque grill gives grillers three burners, each at 14,000 BTUs. There are 500 square inches of cooking area that can handle enough food to feed 15 people. The 2 cooking grills are cast iron with porcelain enamel. This means very easy cleanup and durability. The Flavorizer Bars are also porcelain enameled as well as the reversible hot plate. There are four caster wheels, two of which lock, double skinned matching doors, and it comes with the Weber Genesis barbeque cookbook. Like all Weber Genesis models, there is an enclosed storage area.
Genesis S-310: This Weber Genesis barbeque grill is similar to the E-310 model. There are also 3 burners at 14,000 BTUs each, a cooking capacity of up to 15 people, four caster wheels, 6 tool holders, double skinned matching doors, an enclosed storage area, and porcelain enameled hot plate. The difference is that this grill has two 7mm rod cooking grills and Flavorizer Bars which are stainless steel but are not enameled with porcelain.
Genesis E-320: This Weber Genesis barbeque grill is the king of grills. It also has a cooking area of 500 square inches but there is an additional warming rack of 130 square inches, making a total of 630 sq inches of cooking space. The three burners are stainless steel and give a total of 42,800 BTUs. This means you can cook everything from steaks to pineapples on this grill. There is a side burner which is flush mounted and runs at 12,000 BTUs. It is perfect for simmering sauces for your BBQ. This grill has the same features as the E-310 such as the porcelain enameled cast iron grills and Flavorizer bar and hot plate as well as the tool holders, matching doors, caster wheels and the Weber Genesis Barbeque cookbook included as a nice extra.
